All our cakes are made by hand, from scratch, in small batches.
Our infamous chocolate cake is a rich, dark dense cake created using using 60% cocoa solid molten chocolate and black cocoa. We layer this with either white chocolate, dark chocolate or praline chocolate truffle - or - salted caramel fudge, before we enrobe it in a thick coating of Belgian chocolate.
Sicilian Lemon & Almond
We make this intense recipe using pure cold-pressed lemon oil with ground almonds and Doves gluten free flour. We like it layered with dark chocolate truffle, but it is rather lovely with either white chocolate truffle, praline truffle or lemon fudge. The lemon volcano cake has a melting middle marshmallow centre.
For grown ups only. We steep our infamous chocolate cake in Amaretto liqueur as soon as it’s been baked. Then we layer it with a hazelnut praline chocolate filling, before we enrobe it in a thick layer of Belgian chocolate.
Dark molten chocolate, black cocoa and pure cold pressed orange oil are the key ingredients in our chocolate orange cake. We layer this tangy cake with dark chocolate truffle before it’s enrobed in a thick layer of Belgian chocolate.
Vanilla Red Velvet
Our popular eye catching bright red velvet cake includes vanilla in its recipe and is layered with either contrasting white chocolate or milk chocolate fudge - or - a surprise melting middle of marshmallow.
We handle GLUTEN, NUTS, EGGS, SOYA and DAIRY in our bakery so although we do not always use gluten or nuts in some of our recipes, we cannot gaurentee they will be 100% gluten or nut free.
