Reporting A Problem

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Choccywoccydoodah, please contact the Customer service team. Call 01273 329 462 or email help@choccywoccydoodah.com. You will need to quote your order number and email address. We aim to deal with any problem immediately and will do our best to resolve any issues

Refunds & Returns Policy

At Choccywoccydoodah we will always do our best to prepare, pack and deliver your product(s) with the utmost care. Nevertheless, accidents can happen & problems may arise so we ask that in the unlikely event that you find your order is incorrect, incomplete or damaged on delivery / collection, please inform our customer service team immediately on 01273 329 462 and we will do our best to rectify any mistakes or damages in time.

To claim a replacement or refund, please email help@choccywoccydoodah , please include your order number , photographs and brief description of any damage to help us understand the problem we may also ask you to return the item to us for inspection . Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any refunds without the requested evidence and proof of purchase. Please note that we can only credit a refund to the card used to purchase the item.

Returning Products & Issuing Refunds

The amount of refund or partial refund will depend on the specific circumstances surrounding the order. It is not our policy to offer both a refund and replacement. If you choose to have a replacement sent out and that also arrives damaged unfortunately we cannot offer a further replacement or refund.

It is important that we are contacted as soon as possible regarding issues with your order or the product(s) you have ordered. We need to be informed of any issues within 24 hours of the delivery/ collection to give us the best chance of successfully resolving the issue.

Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse, incorrect address information or if personalisation is misspelt due to being entered incorrectly on your order form. The maximum that can be issued would be the total cost of the order including delivery. We do not offer any form of further compensation.

Please note: Cakes are perishable, we need to be informed of any problem with your order within 24 hours of delivery to give us the best chance of resolving the issue. We will, at our discretion, consider issues raised after 48 hours , but reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement after this time.

Taste

Since taste is a very personal matter and subjective, we cannot accept returns of any products merely because you do not like the taste If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any product purchased from Choccywoccydoodah because you feel they are either damaged or faulty, these can be returned to us at your expense within 7 days from your dispatch date for investigation.
